Booking Your Driving & Theory Tests

The easiest way to book driving or theory test is online here. On this website you can check driving test times, and also rearrange your current test if needed. You could also phone 0300 200 1122, or by post (need to download the relevant form here).
At the bottom of this page are a list of the local theory and driving test centres.

Short Notice Tests & Cancellations

If you are looking to book a short notice or cancellation driving test, there is no shortcut. The best way is to book a test for the earliest date you can get, then keep phoning up or checking on the website to see if an earlier test date turns up.

If you have already booked your test and for whatever reason
need a car to use for your driving test, this can also be arranged.

However, there is one condition. We have a 1 hour assessment lesson (free of charge) before I commit. The reason for this is that by taking the test in my car, I am saying to the examiner that you are ready to take your test. If after the 1 hour driving lesson, I am not entirely satisfied with your driving, I might not allow you to use the car, if there is not enough time to correct any errors you might have.
